The agriturismo

The farmhouse is located on a small hill on the Wine’s Route from Empoli to Cerreto Guidi, and faces an incredible valley with the romantic San Miniato view.
It’s just five km from Vinci (where the famous leonardo was born) and thirty from Florence.

Thanks to the owner’s careful work, the two old farmhouses sourrended by thirteen hectares of wine yards and an hay- loft were renewed, recreating a real ancient “borgo”.

The accommodation

In the estate there are different kinds of apartments, where every detail, the choice of the materials and the furnishings, was thought by the respect and the tradition of the tuscany culture. The appartments are different by the colors, going from the yellow ocra (il fienile, il pagliaio, il granaio) to the dark red (lo strettoio, la tinaia e la cantinetta), and to the light green (la salvia, il rosmarino, il timo e l'alloro).
Every appartments have dining room with a little kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, heating, air conditioning and tv sat. The bigger appartments have a dishwasher machine and can be lived by handicap people.
La cascina dei nonni appartment has been furnished just by our family things, it’s dedicated to the memory of our grandfathers, who taught us the love for the countryside and the passion for the good wine.

Guests can relax by the swimming pool among plants, olive trees and the wine yards of the house
It's also available for our guests a barbecue.
It’s also possible to taste in the owner’s house the real “cucina toscana”, made with the cellar and the garden products: the wine, the oilve oil, “salumi”, cheese, jams and cakes etc...

Activities and surrounding

Only 5 minutes to find a supermarket and a riding school, and only 10 minutes golf courses in San Miniato.
In the structure is possible to taste the farm products and visit the small cellar.
You can also hire our mountain bikes to enjoy our tuscan hills and at the same time doing sport.


The facility is located in a strategic location, close to many places of art and interest as Vinci (3 Km), Florence (38km), Pisa (45km), San Gimignano (41km), Volterra (54km), Livorno (62km), Siena (70km).
To visit the various museums in the district receptionists will be glad to inform you about prices and opening hours, and to book directly the visits.

We arrived very late to the farm,
