" Il Casale di Santamettole ", a brand new country House in Tuscany in the Mugello Valley, only 20/25minutes drive from Florence, surrounded by a lush Park, with restaurant, panoramic swimming pool and suggestive Superior rooms and suites equipped with all comforts. Readily accessible (10 minutes from the Motorway exit). Breathtaking panorama and private fenced off parking.
The building which has been recently renovated with absolute excellence in the field of tourist accommodation, is immersed in amazing and memorable countryside. The geography and history of the outlying territory reflect to the maximum this landscape: mountains, hills and green valleys, lakes and uncontaminated streams, clean air, atmosphere, colours, sounds, perfumes, all come together to make this place really magical.
The accommodation
The property, now upgraded with outstanding modifications in the direction of tourist accommodation, is surrounded by a wonderful and exciting landscape that includes mountains, hills and green valleys, with uncontaminated pure air. The atmosphere, colors, sounds, and smells make this truly a magical place.
In order to ensure privacy and relaxation, the pure unspoiled farm complex fortunately insists on an isolated fenced in perimeter that is accessed via a private road. Consistent with the holiday greenery, the farm overlooks a gorgeous promontory level curve with exclusive, charming, and picturesque scenery.
The entire property is surrounded by a beautiful garden decorated with floral ornaments and boundary hedges which make the location extremely safe and suitable for families with children. There is a nice swimming pool (7x12 m) excavated in the fascinating hills overlooking the farm and stone solarium equipped with elegant sun beds and umbrellas.
An ancient and typical Tuscan porch square, furnished with sofas and tables is available for guests to relax day and night.
The House of Santamettole has 3 new Superior rooms (4 star standard) 1 Family Suite ( 2+2 ) and 1 matrimonial Suite (equipped with Jacuzzi for two people ), accompanied by elegant furnishings still consistent with the style from the traditional Owner’s banner of creativity and personal taste.
Each of the five rooms have private bathrooms and all have services and comforts (air conditioning with remote control, minibar, digital LCD TVs and preparation Slot, pay per view, hair dryer, toilet set with aromic cleaners and perfumes).
Guests are offered: breakfast service in the building; private pool for exclusive use of guests (maximum 10 people!) with solarium and furnishings for rest and relaxation; by partnering with another high-level tourist resort affiliated to us and pertaining to the management (Il Castelluccio Country Resort), you can opt for half board. The proximity to Florence presents many possibilities in terms of artistic attractions and nature tours; making your stay a unique and memorable experience in Tuscany.
