A stone farmhouse full of charm and history, renovated in 2020 with conservative and environmentally sustainable criteria, Moiata is immersed in the green of nature and offers multiple housing solutions for couples , families and groups of friends, from the romantic room with private sauna or hammam to theapartment with fully equippedkitchen and three bedrooms.
With a short walk in the green you can reach Villa Campestri (open April-October) with restaurant and swimming pool with free access.

The accommodation
Podere di Moiata is the result of an eco-sustainable renovation carried out according to bio-architecture and green building criteria , using natural materials such as stone, wood, raw clay plaster, quicklime and natural water-based paints. Moiata is open all year round and can accommodate up to 30 people in 10 housing units variously modular . Each room has its own bathroom: 3 of them have a sauna and 3 private hammams.
From April to October guests can reach with a pleasant 400m walk in the green (but also by car) the 4* Villa Campestri Olive Oil Resort hotel , also managed by the Pasquali family. Moiata guests can use the swimming pool free of charge and have breakfast or dinner at the Villa.
On request the Podere di Moiata can be rented exclusively.
