Our farmhouse is the ideal place for your relaxing holidays in Tuscany and to visit famous cities of art such as Florence, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa or the nearby medieval villages of Chianti Classico as San Donato in Poggio, Castellina in Chianti, Greve in Chianti, Barberino Val d'Elsa, Radda, Gaiole in Chianti, San Casciano Val di Pesa.

The farmhouse lies on a hill top in Chianti Classico area, in the heart of Tuscany, between Florence and Siena.
Our farmhouse is an ideal location for your holiday in Tuscany and for visiting famous art cities such as Florence, Siena, Lucca, San Giminiano, Volterra, Pisa as well as the nearby country villages of the famous Chianti Classico region: San Donato in Poggio, Castellina, Greve, Barberino Val d?Elsa, Radda, Gaiole, Tavarnelle, San Casciano.
The farmhouse offers to its customers two apartments restored and decorated respecting the traditional Tuscan style and surrounded by beautiful private gardens, olive groves, vineyards, orchards and forests.
MonnaLisa and Leonardo apartments, located in the Old Barn, have independent entrance and parking space, central heating and satellite TV.
The swimming pool (6mx12m) is surrounded by a sun deck and ample green spaces, olive trees and old stone walls. The shower is equipped with solar panels for hot water. Deck chairs and umbrellas are available to guests. From here you can admire an unforgettable sunset.
Wi-fi area (under the gazebo near the main Villa), table tennis and barbecue are available to guests.
Activities and surrounding
The property is located between the medieval village of San Donato in Poggio (3km) and Castellina in Chianti (6km) of Etruscan and Roman origin and is an ideal starting point for visiting the Tuscan cities of art: Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra and the characteristic towns of the Chianti Classico area: Greve, Barberino Val'Elsa, Radda, Gaiole, Tavarnelle, San Casciano with their churches and abbeys, castles and fortresses, farmhouses, villas and farms.
Everything is at your fingertips to spend your holidays in the countryside with tranquility and relaxation. The farmhouse enjoys an ideal location for visiting famous wineries and excellent restaurants, trattorias and taverns that will bring you closer to Tuscan cuisine.
The village of San Donato, only 3 km away, offers all the shops necessary for everyday life: well-stocked grocery stores, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, 2 banks, doctors, the post office, and a gas station, as well as wineries where you can taste the famous wines of Chianti Classico, a museum of rural art, a botanical park and an astronomical observatory.

Place was clean and well located. The grounds were amazing! Not sure if there is smoking allowed, but there was a smokey smell in the house. Wifi wasn't available in the house, but in the nearby courtyard. The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. Overall a great value...
