The agriturismo
Since 1995 we offer hospitality and catering with our high quality organic products, such as homemade pasta and bread with flour obtained from stone-ground grains, vegetables and fruits from the organic vegetable garden. For a few years, on Sundays, we offer our customers aperitifs (from June to September) and brunches (from October to May) through which to get to know our kitchen and our products. Our farm is open all year round, while the Organic Restaurant is open from Friday to Sunday by reservation. We prepare vegetarian, vegan and celiac dishes. The accommodation
In the green heart of Mugello, just 35 km from Florence, Agriturismo Sanvitale offers 16 beds in 8 rooms (6 double, 1 triple and 1 single), a cozy sitting area, a large garden and a warm dining room where a delicious Tuscan cuisine with traditional and vegetarian dishes, based on the organic ingredients produced on the farm. The structure according to availability can also be rented entirely or partially including in addition to the rooms, the dining room, the living room, the large and professional kitchen, the use of the exterior, the supply of sheets, towels and crockery; The living room is furnished with stylish furniture: sofas and armchairs for reading, game tables for a game with friends. On the walls, pleasant paintings of Tuscan landscapes and portraits. The Farm Sanvitale is located in the Podere Macerata at 380 m height, surrounded by meadows, fields, chestnut and oak woods in a fresh and silent valley at the foot of the Apennines. Nearby a small river flows, and the climate is pleasantly cool even in the heart of summer. The farm consists of the main house and an adjacent stone barn, recently renovated using natural materials such as wood, terracotta and pietra serena. The rooms are equipped with private bathrooms and heating. To ensure a healthy rest we chose beds with slats and latex mattresses. In the evening you can choose to enjoy our delicious and healthy dishes, rigorously prepared fresh based on organic products of the day and in small quantities, without ever using pre-cooked, preserved or freeze-dried products, let alone the microwave oven, in the certainty that you will appreciate our care to always guarantee the highest quality. At the Agriturismo we organize meditation and relaxation events and themed lunches with herbs and seasonal products. As an educational farm we organize days dedicated to families and children to learn about and discover the nature that surrounds us, the vegetable garden, the visit of the neighbor's stable, the herb laboratory and the bread laboratory. We are also available to organize private events for those looking for a welcoming atmosphere and a family atmosphere.
