Tenuta Cantagallo organize, on request, meeting, private lunch/dinner, parties in an ancient hayloft restored respecting the original rural style and offers hospitality in our suggestive farmhouse.
The ancient hayloft is furnished with Adsl WiFI, mobile leafs blackboard, overhead projector, sliding projector, wireless microphone, photocopying machine, DVD player, Fax, TV, video recorder.
During our coffee break, prepared with our food specialties, you can spend a relaxing moment enjoying a breathtaking landscape over vineyards and olive-yards.
In our family run farm we produce, by reviving classical recipes, a choice of typical handmade food products (sauces, jam, vegetable under oil) without added preservatives or food colourings.
The guarantee of an elevated gastronomical quality in our homemade food specialties is expressed in our selection of vegetables, cultivated directly in our farmhouse, and in using exclusively our extra-virgin olive oil.
We made a choice to use the pasteurization as preserving method in order to maintain unaltered the organoleptic qualities of our food specialties in the following two years after the production.
In our Estate Tenuta Cantagallo and in our Estate Tenuta Le Farnete, we organize, on request, for our farmhouse guests and for individuals or bus-tour groups, tours of the cellars and the vineyards with explanation of the cultivation methods, followed by a guided tasting.
In our farmhouse you can taste two different DOCG wines, extra-virgin olive oil, the food specialties of the farmhouse and a choice of typical Tuscan cured meat and cheese.
