The agriturismo

Located between Florence, Siena and San Gimignano, in the Chianti hills with their well-known vines and olive trees, the farm spreads over 130 hectares and produces high quality oil and fine wines in line with ancient traditions.

Accommodation is provided in Tuscan farmhouses, carefully renovated to preserve the original materials, the terracotta paving, the brick ceilings and the wooden beams.

Tenuta Moriano boasts a “3 spighe” classification (3 earns of corn, the max classification reserved to a farmhouse residence), is welcoming and comfortable, with a friendly and helpful staff.

The accommodation

The large farmhouse of Tenuta Moriano with its hayloft is located at the end of a cypress-tree lined drive, surrounded by lawns, vines, olive trees, woodland, crops and three small lakes. The 10 apartments were created from the renovation of the hayloft, stables, granary, wine cellar and dovecote. The Estate spreads over 84 hectares, with a private terrority reserved to the Estate's guests only.

Within the same complex you also find the Casolare San Lorenzo, located on a ridge overlooking the farm's 130 hectares, and offering stunning and panomaric views over the Chianti hills and the entire Estate. Part of the Estate is private and reserved to guests only. The apartments in the farmhouse are named after key figures from Tuscan Renaissance culture, from Dante to Leonardo.

The appartments are spacy, well equipped and dispose of a private terrace or gazebo. The three-room appartments are composed of a doublebed room, a room with two single beds, two bathrooms and a living area with a rustic kitchen. The two room appartments dispose of a doublebed room, a bathroom and a living area with a rustic kitchen. Barbecues in the park of the Residence are at our guest's disposal. Free use of laundry in common spaces.

The familiar character and the many activities proposed inside and outside of the Estate make the Residence an ideal place for a family vacation, a holiday for couples or groups.

WI-FI is available only in common spaces of the Estate.
