The family run farm was established in the 1700s, and is located in the hills of Florentine Chianti, in a setting characterised by olive fields and row upon row of prized grape vines.
Since its establishment, the agriturismo has specialised in the production of classic Chianti wine and high quality extra virgin olive oil.
The agriturismo has been operating completely organically for years, always careful to use renewable energy sources and promote sustainability.
Accommodation is offered in six independent apartments, each with a fully equipped kitchen and independent heating. Split over several renovated buildings, the apartments are ideal for couples, families or groups of friends.
There is a large garden perfect for relaxing and eating outdoors, with a barbecue available for use by all guests.
There is also an office available with Wi-Fi connection, and a laundry service (upon request).
The agriturismo has a small shop selling farm produce such as wine, oil, fruit and vegetables, and a selection of zero mile produce, all you need to prepare delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The agriturismo also organises tasting sessions, aperitifs and small private celebrations.
The farm has an olive press and a wine cellar, and tours are available all year round, including during active periods. For nature lovers, there are a range of trails to explore on foot through the fields, the woodland and around the farm’s small lake.
The towns ofChianti, from Greve to San Casciano, are also within easy reach. Florence and Siena are 15 and 30 minutes away by car respectively. The sea is around an hour away by car, towards Pisa or Livorno, or towards Versilia.
