The agriturismo
One km from Pelago and 19 km from Florence, in the hills, the farm is surrounded by 53 hectares of cultivated and forest land. The villa is a fusion of tradition and charm, where the guest is sacred and to whom is reserved the best Tuscan welcome: relaxation, wines, typical products and various services.
The farm offers a morning bakery service, a multilingual reception, a bar open every day, an in-house restaurant open from Friday to Sunday inclusive, a shop selling farm produce such as wine, honey, oil, grappa vin santo, jams, and local handicrafts, and a small wine shop with local Chianti wines.
The accommodation
The guest apartments are perfectly restored with typical Tuscan taste; located in the main villa and in the nearby farmhouses, the oil mill and the moat, all have a fully equipped kitchenette, telephone, satellite TV, independent entrance, furnished garden or terrace, complete linen for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with weekly change.
At guests' disposal, also a reading room with a small library, satellite TV and Wi-Fi area, laundry, children's play area, reserved parking inside the farm.
Activities and surrounding
In the company you can attend cooking classes or take advantage of guided tours of the area. The surroundings are rich in villages, castles, churches, abbeys and cultural centres; the landscape is characterized by olive groves, woods, vineyards. Among the main destinations not to be missed: the National Park of Fosteste Casentinesi (10 km), Lake Bilancino (38 km), Pontassieve (19 km), Greve (36 km), S. Gimignano (45 km), Arezzo (55 km), Pisa (95 km) and Siena (75 km).
For golf lovers, the Ugolino Club is 20 km away, that of Scarperia is 40 km away. The Mugello circuit is half an hour's drive away.
