Ours is a bio-agritourism, and the traditional dishes and products are the fruit of rigorous farming, which also includes medicinal plants.
We host guests in quaint rooms with hand-painted frescoes and idyllic views of nature. The crowing of the rooster, the smell of freshly baked bread, and a hearty breakfast will bid you good morning!
Wheat and spelt flours produced by the small mill's stone mills make pasta and desserts truly special, with an eye toward vegans and celiacs. Seasonal fruits are made into jams, pickles in oil and mustards.
Other highlights include the country zoo, educational farm, "teaching garden" and cooking classes, making us perfect for families as well.
You can then bathe in the thermal waters of Saturnia and Sorano and visit Lake Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio (the dying city), Mount Amiata and the Val d'Orcia.
