"Il Tiglio e la Palma" are served with traditional Maremma dishes , giving particular importance to the genuineness and freshness of the ingredients used, mainly in the production and in large part of the organic production. Meat, game and fresh fish are purchased from selected producers in the Maremma area. Every product, from fresh pasta to sweets, is handmade.
