The holydays are considered high season.

PAYMENT
Booking: 30% of total cost of stay, balance due by bank transfer within 7 days before the start of the stay or at arrival on the farm. Payment by cash or credit card .
Deposit of € 100.00 refundable at time of departure.
For stays of 7 nights in low and middle season, will be granted a night.
CANCELLATION
For cancellations made 30 to 23 days before arrival 30% of the total amount of the stay; for cancellations made 22 to 15 days before arrival 50% of the total amount; for cancellations made 15 to 8 days before arrival 80% of the total amount; for cancellations made from 7 days until the date of arrival or early departure during the stay the total booking is due.
TAX
from 03/15/2014 to 15/10/2014 there is a tax, imposed by the city of Grosseto, in of 1 euro per person for the first 7 days for all guests with more than 14 years .
