Children up to 12 years stay free of charge.
Beds per apartment: 4 adults ( 2 children under 13 years). In the case of 1 - 2 persons ( 1 child) means with occupancy of only one bedroom and one bathroom living room and kitchen.
Arrivals: Saturday after 4 p.m.
Departures: Saturday before 10 a.m.
Check-in: after 4 p.m.
Check-out: by 10 a.m.
The night and two nights are with free arrival and departure. In some periods one- and two-night stays may not be available. On special occasions such as holidays, bridges and others, rates may vary.
For weekends and/or bookings of 2 persons discounted rates subject to availability.
Methods of payment: payment of 30% of total refundable in case of cancellation up to 42 days before arrival and balance on arrival; deposit of 155.00 € on arrival.
Heating (winter x long periods): gas consumption count on meter ( For weekends included in the price).
Extra bed and bath linen: 8,00€/p (weekly supply x 4 p included).
Use of swimming pool: included in the rate, open from June to September
Pets: allowed only with prior permission and always forbidden in the pool garden
