Hello Emanuela, I knew you would make a negative review, as I had told you it is my job to make sure that in my small Agriturismo all guests are well, I can not allow that because of someone's negligence, they are all sick. I am only sorry that she was not completely honest in writing this review, out of respect and for privacy I will not talk about what really happened. Ours is a small family-run Agriturismo (as described on our website and on all the various advertising portals) the services we offer are simply overnight stay and breakfast, swimming pool in the summer months, I by my decision help guests with directions and itineraries to visit the area and directions on the various restaurants where to eat. I really don't understand what other services you want to refer to, surely those who want to be served and revered 24h should choose a Hotel and not an Agriturismo. I see that he also evaluated the restaurant, which is not present in our Agriturismo. You talk to me about poorly ventilated and hot rooms, taking into account that as a room you had the Junior Suite Cerato (40 sqm room with attached terrace), it really seems to me that you wanted to look for "the needle in a haystack" as they say in Maremma, every room is equipped with air conditioners, the windows equipped with mosquito nets and can be kept quietly open being us in the countryside and without any other neighbors who can disturb, if this year the summer is hotter than usual for sure it is not my fault. As for the road to get to us, to be exact it is 1,100 km and it is a Communal Road (not private), yes it is a dirt road but the elevation differences you say, I honestly don't understand where they are, for most of the Tuscan Agriturismi, in order to be reached it is necessary to drive on dirt roads. My main goal is for guests to feel at home, this does not mean non-compliance by them with customary rules. Always open to advice, except in this situation where I have a clear conscience, as at the time of the quote I had sent you a detailed e-mail, I'm sorry you didn't read it, you gave advice to me on how to run my Agriturismo, if you will allow me, I would like to give you advice too: respect the work of others, document yourself when choosing a vacation spot, whether it is an Agriturismo, a Hotel, a Campsite, each of us has its own peculiarities, I am sorry to have ruined your summer vacation, believe me it was not my intention, otherwise after 18 years I would not still be here.
