The agriturismo
La Guinza is an old farmhouse, comfortable, surrounded by unspoilt nature of southern Tuscany. A few steps from us, medieval villages full of history and food and wine goodies, scattered like pearls on these hills, on the slopes of an ancient volcano, wooded and welcoming.
The accommodation
The WINTER apartment is suitable for families, but it is also perfect for a group of friends. This is also thanks to the new change that allows the need to join 2 adjoining apartments (WINTER + SPRING), creating a unit suitable for 8/10 people. It has (joining the apartments), 3 double, 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, large (/ and) kitchen (/ and) fully equipped and habitable. WINTER (ancient peasant house) has maintained the style of the Tuscan house, with terracotta, wooden beams and beds with wrought iron headboards, SPRING (it was the old barn) has high ceilings with exposed beams. Each apartment, in front of the entrance, has a BBQ and a large space with a table and umbrella near the swimming pool (open in summer). Next to WINTER, like every old farmhouse that respects itself, there is a wood oven, fully functional for pizzas and roasts !! The adjacent common room, with games, books and colors, will allow children to play independently without getting too far from home. Here you will find free WI-FI service (also working in the WINTER app) Free of charge for customers, even the washing machine. Within the farm will be organized various courses of art and craftsmanship from April to October. The courses are generally suitable for everyone, ask for information at the time of booking. In this structure animals are allowed, naturally if well educated and accustomed to cohabitation. In addition to being in the open countryside, our garden is fenced, so even your 4-legged friend can enjoy this holiday.
