The agriturismo
In a region rich in history and nature, the agriturismo is located in the open Maremma countryside, on the border between the communes of Campagnatico and Roccalbegna. The old farm offers beautiful views of the stunning surroundings, stretching from the edge of Corsica to the rocky spurs of Monte Aquilaia.
The accommodation
The agriturismo offers one room for 2 people and 2 apartments for 4 (each with a double bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge). The accommodation is quiet and pleasant, furnished with antique pieces in classic Tuscan early 1900s style.
Guests can enjoy delicious delicacies, prepared using the farm’s own ingredients. The cuisine uses meat and vegetables reared and grown locally, and the dishes are prepared in keeping with classic Tuscan culinary tradition.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo is the perfect base for exploring the major Tuscan cities of art. Siena is an hour’s drive away, Florence 1.5 hours, and 2 hours takes you to Rome. On request, the agriturismo can arrange excursions on horseback, by bicycle or on foot, as well as trekking sessions for all abilities.
