The agriturismo
Marrucheto, in the Tuscan Maremma, between Castiglione di Pescaia and Follonica, is an old country house, converted into an agritourism, ideal for families and couples looking for tranquility in the countryside just 20 minutes from the sea. It has a large garden with a swimming pool surrounded by trees.
The family-run farmhouse is surrounded by a large olive grove, thanks to which extra virgin olive oil is produced.
The accommodation
Michele and his family offer cozy hospitality and friendly service in self-catering apartments and rooms. Breakfast is available on request.
The Glicine apartment (38 sq m) is on the first floor and consists of a triple room, bathroom, a kitchen with a large fireplace. It is located facing the swimming pool. Outside it has a private area with a table, chairs and deck chairs.
Camelia apartment (45 sqm) is ideal for 2 people. Possibility of adding a bed for a child up to 12 years old. It consists of a living room with kitchenette with a large window overlooking the garden. A staircase leads to the second floor where there is a large bedroom with a bathroom with shower. Outside private area with table, chairs, deck chairs.
The Orchid apartment (112 sq m) is ideal for a vacation with the whole family or friends. It can accommodate up to 7 people and offers the possibilityè of adding a bed for a child up to 12 years old. It consists of 3 double bedrooms with four-poster beds, 1 single bedroom, living room with fireplace and kitchenette, and two bathrooms. Outside is a private gazebo with table, chairs and deck chairs.
The property has a large garden with a swimming pool and playground air for children.

I have been doing this job for 6 years along with my family.
As well as we welcome the guests, we are responsible for communication, we take care of the crops.
It was a desire to to keep the family business alive which led me to run an agriturismo.
