Thank you very much for your comment, it gives me the possibility to offer my apologies. I realise that the days you stayed in our agriturismo I lacked some of the attention we usually have for our guests. Your arrival happened to be on the 10th birthday of our daughter and that day and the following days a great deal of my energy and time went to organizing the various celebrations of her birthday for her friends and our family, forcing me to depend more than usual on our personnel, which I am sure was very welcoming and available.
I am happy to hear that you appreciated our accomodation, the location and our cook’s effort to prepare vegetarian dishes for you. At breakfast we try to offer as much as possible local and own produce, like honey, homemade sweets every day, eggs, bread, cheese (fresh ricotta from a local farmer) and ham. Other products might be more industrial, but always of selected quality.
