The agriturismo
In the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, with a park of 2 hectares, only 10 km from the sea, the farm overlooks the city of Grosseto and is located on the Collacchie road leading to Marina di Grosseto, about 2.5 km from the railway station. Over the years the city has advanced closer to the eighteenth-century country house, which belongs to the family from that periodo.A 4 km family company with a herd of buffalos , dairy cheese farm and adjoining store where is possible have tastings and breakfasts. the track for bike is only at 500 meters and there are 5 free bikes available to our guest.Commercial centre at 2 km and small Market at 500 mt also Pharmacy and Bar: Tennis court in front of the Farm.
The accommodation
The agriturismo consists of an 18th-century residence where 5 flats are located today. Instead, in the garden you’ll find 7 identical and adjacent flats, once part of the stables where the Casalone cow breed was raised. An inviting common hall (150 m) with brick arches and original terracotta flooring offers a reading area, a fireplace, and a dining zone for guests with full or half meal plan. In front of the residence and the ancient stables there is a spacious garden and park with pines, holm oaks, and cypresses, lit at night and equipped with tables and chairs. We also offer a pool (7x15), open from May to October, playground for children and private parking lot, free Wi-fi internet in the garden, common hall and in most rooms. For groups with over 8 guests, upon request we also offer breakfast or meal plans.
Activities and surrounding
A few meters away is a tennis court; stables are 6 km away; the sea only 10 km away. We suggest a visit to the Parco Naturale (20 km away) and Museum (2 km away). The historic centre of Grosseto is worth a visit, and is only 2 km away. For archeology lovers, the Etruscan area in 10 km away from the residence.

I spent 3 days for 2017 new year with my family and other amici.L'accoglienza was great, the accommodation clean and spacious. Beautiful fireplace which gives us a good cooked meat. The outdoor area is really big and the kids play games in the garden.
