Agriturismo Serraiola Alta

Serraiola Alta welcomes its guests in a typical Tuscan country-house. 
Single, double or three-room flats are to be rent and roomy tents. 
All are well-equipped with kitchen and veranda, air condition, private entrance as well as a large space to stay outside. We are in the heart of unspoilt Tuscan countryside (Maremma) but just at 20 minutes from the sea.  

The House is amidst ancient woods and tuscan maquis with a splendid view on the countryside. 
There is a swimming-pool at our guests’ disposal (16x8m) as well as a lot of possibilities to spend their leisure-time doing sport or visiting cultural and archaeological places of interest and, for instance, go and taste wine. In our neighbourhood horse-riding, golf, tennis,hunting season, beach and sea.

Serraiola Alta has 13 flats to rent , 3 glamping tent and a beautiful  swimmingpool of 16x8 mt.

Each flat is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, a terrace or veranda with seats and table, kitchenette and sat TV.

We have apartments on the ground floor with a private veranda or on the first floor with a terrace.

-One-roomed flat have a living-room with double bed and fully furnished kitchenette . Bathroom with shower. 

-Two-roomed flat have a living-room with fully furnished kitchenette and double sofa-bed , one double bedroom . Bathroom with shower.

-Two-roomed deluxe  flat have a living-room with fully furnished kitchenette and double sofa-bed , one double bedroom . Bathroom with shower. They have a large terrace and a marvellous panoramic position.

-Three-roomed flat have a living-room with fully furnished kitchenette and double sofa-bed , one double bedroom , one bedroom with two single bed . Bathroom with shower.

The house is surrounded by a garden full of flowers and plants, is equipped with tables, barbecue and play area for children.

One of the one-room apartments is suitable for disabled guests, and the swimming pool is also accessible by ramp.

You'll find ground floor apartments with enclosed private gardens, as well as first floor apartments with terraces, also enclosed, ideal for those travelling with dogs.

Glamping is a new holiday style for passionate people interested in spending their leisure time in the open air , not missing every possible comfort like at home, between half-camping and half glamour or charm! 

There are roomy tents, full equipped with every commodity : double bed (with standard mattress) ,  coverings and furniture, equipped kitchen provided with electric and current water as well as private bath-room. A real pleasure in diving into a pure and natural landscape.

Inside that centenary woods of our estate Serraiola Alta, we achieved this year, this new space for “Glamping” thus offering our guests the utmost feeling with nature . All the other spaces in the estate are obviously at their disposal.

Imagine just a moment, the advantages of a stay outdoors… We are looking after everything : a tent already pitched, furnished with every comfort !

Serraiola Alta is located in Tuscany . We are in the heart of unspoilt Tuscan countryside but just at 20 minutes from the sea.  
Suvereto is the nearest little town next to our country-house (5km), thus allowing easy shopping.

3 beaches are recommended for disabled guests, in the commune of Follonica, which allow facilitated mobility, equipped with solid walkways, ramps including shower ramps, and accessible toilets: Follonica’s public beach in Pratonieri, Spiaggia Tangram – one of Italy’s finest accessible beaches, and the Nettuno resort.

The area also offers many stretches of beach suitable for those looking to holiday with their four-legged friends; the Dog Beach San Vincenzo and Pascià Dog Beach (Loc. Perelli 1 - Riotorto-Piombino) are around 25 km away, equipped for dogs and their owners, including a paid-access resort.
Just 5 minutes from the agriturismo you’ll also find a small river with a natural reservoir, the perfect place for your dogs to swim.

A lot of little restaurants or wine-shops where you may taste typical Tuscan Cuisine in most friendly atmosphere.
