The agriturismo
Tenuta Agricola dell'Uccellina is a farmhouse located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, halfway between Rome and Florence.
Immersed in the greenery of the Maremma Regional Park (also known as Parco dell'Uccellina), is the perfect choice for all those who want to live an experience at the same time relaxing and regenerating, in contact with nature, enjoying good and healthy food from local farms and organic farming.
The accommodation
The estate extends over a hilly area of 400 hectares of cultivated land, woods and Mediterranean scrub with direct access to 2 exclusive coves accessible only from the estate or the sea.
The property offers rooms, suites and self-catering apartments, located in various buildings within the property. The rooms are located in a farmhouse adjacent to the restaurant and reception, while the apartments are located in a farmhouse, in a quiet location and surrounded by gardens, 500 meters from the reception.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Podere Giulia: has 4 Suites, 2 Junior Suites, 2 Classic double rooms and 1 Standard room with bathroom for guests with motor difficulties.
Poderino: three-room apartment, can accommodate up to 6 people.
Podere Giobatta: 6 two-roomed flats (2-4 people) and 1 three-roomed flats (2-6 people) are available.
This quietly located building with a garden perimeter is 500 metres from the reception and the restaurant.
The restaurant, La Torre del Gusto, offers homemade specialties based on ingredients of local origin or their own, such as meat and honey, olive oil and organic wine. Children will have fun in the playground in the garden and with the activities and sections organized at the farm. Riding lessons are available for beginners.
