The accommodation
The farm was built in 1822, as detected by a carved stone still present in the walls of the House.
Nestled in a private garden of 8000 sqm surrounded by ornamental plants, beautiful flowers and large groves, where they find a barbecue area, shaded parking spaces and garage.
The full pool in a quiet and peaceful environment.
The zone is located at 500 m s.l.m. and is exposed to the South-West, providing a mild weather and a long assolazione until late afternoon.
In the immediate vicinity of the Farm there is the monastery "Holy Trinity" dating back to 1100, immersed in the Park "Il bosco dei frati". In addition, you can reach the river Fiora in 2 miles, for fishing and baths immersed in nature more pristine. Equally interesting is the monte Labbro nature reserve.
Santa Fiora Characteristic medieval village of particular architectural interest and cultural history, from which flows the river; just a 5-minute drive away.
Here the spirit of tibet in Tuscany. Here is a Buddhist community (Dzogchen) founded 25 years ago by teacher Choegyal Namkhai Norbu in the municipality of Varna; just a 10-minute drive away.
Monte Amiata nature and Ski Area, offers a good number of ski runs of varying difficulties with lifts; its forests of tall trees are beautiful in summer and ideal for trekking, mountain-biking, mushroom picking, etc. Reachable in 15 minutes by car.
Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana and Saturnia and terme di San Filippo del Tufo Cities, Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana, are suggestive historical villages built in the tufaceous rock characteristic of the area and surrounded by a fascinating geological landscape; Saturnia, a thermal Village of sulphurous water is particularly beneficial for the body, as the hot water baths of San Filippo and Sorano. 30-40 minutes away by car.
