The agriturismo
Set in a wonderful tuscan landscape 4 km north of Seggiano lies the 1 Mio m2 Vitabella Palazzetto estate, completely renovated in 2010. It is surrounded by century old olive groves and vast grain fields. The 14x7m large swimming pool for the exclusive use of our guests and a new stable with horses, cows and small animals enrich the property.

The accommodation
Grove Court
On the mezzanine level there are two double rooms with bath (S/WC), separate kitchen, living room/dining room, fire
place and balcony.
The mezzanine can be extended to the first floor with three double rooms, two bathrooms (S/WC) as well as an
additional living room with fire place and terrace. On the ground floor there are three double rooms as well as
a wheel chair accessible single room with connecting door each with a bath room (S/WC).
Palazzetto “L’Uliveto”
4-bedroom (doubles) apartment with two bath rooms (S/WC), large living-, kitchen- and dining area and fire place (120
m2).
Palazzetto “La Ginestra”
2-bedroom (doubles) apartment with two bath rooms (S/WC), living room with fire place, kitchen and large terrace (75 m2).
Palazzetto “La Pergola”
1-bedroom (double) apartment with bath room (S/WC), living room/kitchen with kitchenette and patio (40 m2).
All apartments offer a wonderful view over the olive groves and are equipped with Sat-TV and WiFi.

Swimming Pool
The large 14 x 7 m swimming pool is reserved for our guests. Open from end of May until September.
Bicycles
There are eight mountain bikes for adults and two for children available free of charge including helmets.
Vitabella Palazzetto products
“Extra Vergine” olive oil, "artichokes in oil" and other local produce can be purchased on site.
Horseback Riding (within 2012)
The structure will include a riding school. Rachele organizes riding lessons for all ages and excursions on request.
Thermal Baths
There are various modern and historic thermal baths like Saturnia or Bagno Vignoni in the area.
Seggiano (10 mins by car)
The picturesque Seggiano lies on a hill with a fantastic view and offers shopping opportunities, restaurants, bars and a
bank as well.
Montalcino
Only half an hour away Montalcino with its historic old town and its wine cellars is worth a visit.
Day trips
Rome (~250 km), Florence (~160 km), Siena (~75 km) and Pienza (~35 km) are within reach of a day trip.
Seaside and Islands
Ferries can be taken either from Piombino (-130 km) to the island of Elba or from Monte Argentario (-110 km) to the “l’isola
del Giglio”.
Marina di Alberese
This beautiful four-mile stretch of beach with fine golden sand is only a few kilometers away from Alberese in the
Maremma national park.
