The need to balance the budget of our farm, specialized in raising cattle, led us to open in 1994 our home to guests in love with country life and local food-wine. By refurbishing and enlarging the existing rooms we created an enchanting place outside the Borgo di Posada, part of the Tepilora park, where we welcome our guests with open arms.

I'm Viola and since 2006 I have been on a great adventure with my mom Elisabetta and her husband Guido: from the sea at Viareggio we moved to the hillside to open a small farm. After cleaning up the olive grove and the vineyard, we started making organic extra virgin olive oil and red/rose wine. What makes us special? Following the dream of my mom, we've decided to open up some rooms in early 20th-century Hungarian caravans, all found in the olive grove!

My name is Giancarlo and together with my staff I run the Agriturismo Villanova, a family-owned property for over 3 centuries found in one of the most beautiful parts of Liguria. I studied and worked in Genoa, but in my free time I always loved coming here to relax, until I got the idea of turning this summer residence into a tourist spot that could join farming with hospitality. What do I love most about my job? The positive feedback we keep getting from our guests makes us feel that it's all worth it.
