The agriturismo
Pescinone is a farm belonging to our family since 1879.
Six apartments of various sizes have been refurbished in the main building, which once housed the peasant families, with a number of beds ranging from two to seven.
In a neighboring farmhouse there are a studio and a two-room apartment, both with bath accessible to guests with different abilities.
They are all functional, not luxurious but very welcoming, great starting point for wonderful days at the seaside or for visits to countless localities in the area. Within ten minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches of the Sterpaia Coastal Park, in twenty minutes the beautiful gulf of Baratti, dominated by the ancient Etruscan Acropolis of Populonia.
The accommodation
The farmhouse offers six apartments of various sizes in the main house, four on the first floor and two on the second floor (without elevator), with a number of beds ranging from two to seven. In addition, in a separate house, are available on the ground floor two apartments with bathroom without architectural barriers and therefore accessible to guests with disabilities.
At the disposal of all guests there is a laundry room with two washing machines, which can be used at no extra cost.
There is a shaded car park at the back and large green spaces where each apartment has a table and umbrella for outdoor dining with the possibility of barbecue.
