The agriturismo
Located in Cavo, municipality of Rio, in the greenest and least built-up, albeit rich in beaches, part of the beautiful Island of Elba, nestled in the green National Park.
Occupying an entire valley, it enjoys magnificent sunsets over the sea, breathtaking views, one of the coolest climates, framed in the greenery of Elba's wonderful and fragrant vegetation.
Designed and organized to disconnect...with the "luxury" of silence, tranquility, appreciate a bursting nature , and enjoy true rest.
It has apartments and a restaurant.
Within the structure 3 very special MTB trails, made on rammed earth for about 2 km of enduro, an agility dog course, rustic and fenced, the farm produces natural and organic wine, and EVO oil.
The accommodation
The apartments are located in a farmhouse, all with fully equipped kitchens, and outdoor space with a sea view.We are, in January 2023, renovating the farmhouse, providing it with air conditioning, hydro-massage showers, original furniture with sea wood and old chestnut currents, an additional covered terrace with sunset views for each accommodation as well as a small swimming pool that we do not yet know if it will be ready for the 2023 season.
They are furnished in poor art, with simplicity but with all the essential comforts to really disconnect from everything else.
In the evening you can dine, by reservation, in the farmhouse restaurant .
The property also has a washing machine in common use and convenient parking, free Wi-Fi.
Activities and surrounding
It is possible, at the restaurant, a free tasting of Elban wines held by an AIS sommelier and / or local products, mtb guide within the company.
It is offered for a vacation by the sea and the discovery of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park.
Numerous paths mainly follow the coast and allow you to reach some truly unique coves, with several attractions along the way, such as old kilns, grottos, charcoal pits, a varied flora, as well as geological textures, which change within a few hundred meters.
The facility is also connected to a diving center that carries out numerous marine environmental activities and to the nearby Rio Mineral Park, which is now an international attraction for outdoor activities.
