The restaurant of the Bronzivalle Agritourism uses only 0 km ingredients from its farm or the surrounding countryside.
The menu includes above all dishes of traditional Tuscan cuisine: plentiful portions, rich in flavor and genuine scents.
At the table of Bronzivalle there is always Chianina meat, served in various cuts, homemade pasta by the cook Liana and local wines produced on the hills of the Val di Cornia.
The restaurant opens at Easter and welcomes groups by appointment for lunch and dinner in spring and autumn. In the summer season, from mid-June to mid-September, it is only open for dinner every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Reservation is required.
On request there are also menus for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs.
