Farmhouse situated in the province of Livorno, approximately 5 km from Sassetta and 16 km from the sea of the Etruscan Riviera Tuscany. It offers accommodations in rooms, swimming pool and many more services. The farmhouse extends over 50.000 sq.mts rich in centuries old trees, near to the well known, elegant and famous locality of the Etruscan Coast.

This farmhouse is completely restored in perfect rustic style, it is antique stone farmhouse that offers hospitality in 8 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, mini bar, shower and toilet, two or four beds in a well cared for environment, comfortable, perfect also for the most demanding clients.
The guests that prefer to cook for themselves personally have available the well equipped central kitchen where each room has reserved a locker for food; every day there is an abundant buffet organised. The kitchen, grill, the open air pizzeria and the other equipped communal areas, can be used at whatever time of the day. The swimming pool is provided with night illuminations. In the immediate vicinity there is found a convenient “trattoria” and restaurant where there are served traditional Tuscan dishes.

In the morning, the owners prepare a rich breakfast buffet, composed of bread, toast, cereals, eggs, butter, jam, ham and salami, cheese, coffee, fresh fruits, fruit juices etc. During the colder months, guests can have breakfast in the breakfast room, whereas during the summer months, guests do usually have breakfast outside, under the peaceful veranda.

Outside, next to the house, a barbecue and a stone oven that are also both at the guest's complete disposal. Around the buildings, the huge, well-kept park and the nice swimming pool (14x7 mt), surrounded by deck chairs, sun beds, parasols and a pavilion, ideal to enjoy the silence of this place.

Further underneath the house and more distant from the peaceful pool area, table tennis, a small children's playground and a bocce course. At the guest's disposal there are also bikes, with which it is possible to discover the surroundings. Moreover in this farm you can found also a special room for your mountain bikes and maps with the streets.

The gastronomic specialities of the Costa degli Etruschi are appreciated all over the world. Fresh fish is the main ingredient the famous Cacciucco, toasted bread with Tomatos: Bruschette, wild pig ' Cinghiale', grilled fish, Spaghetti with fresh vegetables, beef from prized 'Chianina', for or guests also Special Prices in Restaurants ( Fix menù for 29.00 euro or also 10% Reduction).
The DOC wines of Bolgheri, Val di Cornia and Bibbona are produced along the Wine Route, as are world-renowned wines such as Sassicaia and Ornellaia.

The farmhouse is located in the midst of the lush green Maremma countryside, with routes that are ideal for jogging or trekking. In 5 minutes by car it is possible to reach the medieval village Sassetta with grocer's and other shops for the most important daily needs, post office, pharmacy and bank. The beautiful long sand beaches of the Etruscan Coast, San Vincenzo, the Gulf of Baratti can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car.

This farm is the ideal starting point to reach Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Pisa and the Elba Island.

Sassetta is a charming village on the Costa degli Etruschi, set among woods on a hilltop overlooking the sea. The woods are full of streets perfect for walking , cycling and horseback riding. In Sassetta old traditions handed down through the years kept alive with colourful, folkloristic events such as “Sagre Paesane”.
