Dear Martina,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our property. Comments are always welcome if they help us improve the service. In reality, although the beauty of a stay on a farm is also living in close contact with nature and animals, we do not, however, usually let them roam undisturbed in front of the apartments, thus leaving manure.
As regards the comments relating to the breakfast of our farmhouse, we provide all products made by us, sweets, jams etc. packaged croissants were a choice made to meet everyone's needs: in fact, many parents use packaged products as a snack for their children, who perhaps ate less at the breakfast buffet. However, we could think of a new, more ecological packaging, and for this we thank you for the food for thought.
As regards the wardrobe handles and the other elements mentioned, we believe that they are not so significant as to justify such a negative review, but we take note of your opinion. Every day our goal and all our efforts are aimed at offering our guests the best possible experience. We're sorry it wasn't like this, but we will be able to surprise you if you want to come back to visit us again.
