The agriturismo

Tenuta di Seripa offers its guests a new concept of luxury. In addition to making a splash in the pool surrounded by greenery and silence, a cocktail on the terrace, and beyond the convenience of WiFi areas across the estate, luxury is above all found when gathered  with loved ones in a atmosphere of serenity and relaxation, where you can enjoy the beauty of the place and quality of services offered at the table and outside. A holiday of peace and intimacy, which can also be customised, with the possibility for small groups of friends and family to book the entire structure whereby any special needs or requests relating to the stay can be met.

The accommodation

Tenuta di Seripa is an exclusive property of about one hundred hectares nestled in the heart of the hills of the Etruscan Coast and a few kilometers from the sea. The estate consists of a farmhouse, an adjoining building and the manor house.

The farmhouse, obtained from a typical farmhouse of the Tuscan tradition and finely restored, is divided into six bedrooms (two of which can form a single 90 sqm apartment) and a suite (with private external entrance, private terrace and Jacuzzi) . A welcoming lounge, a large veranda and a panoramic terrace set up with cool umbrellas for breakfast and dinner complete the main structure.

The other building consists of two independent apartments, ideal for family stays (private garden, baby cots, high chair).

Each accommodation, furnished with solid wood furniture, has its own bathroom with window and a large shower. all the necessary comforts Wifi, smart TV, air conditioning, 200X200 beds, pillows for different needs, safe, pool towels, mini fridge, courtesy kit, hair dryer, are available.

Activities and surrounding

The family-run hospitality contributes in making your stay even more enjoyable. Simplicity and courtesy and respect combine the tradition of places, environments and gastronomy, as well as offering exclusive amenities. The cuisine offers, both in the simple but hearty breakfast, as well as in the choice of meat and fish menu offered for dinner, reflects the traditional flavours and typical dishes of Tuscany. These flavours also reappear in the proposed trips and getaways Seripa Estate offers its guests: from guided tours to historical archaeological sites, tasting in enotece, wineries and farms in the area, to hiking in the woods or mountain biking, trips to major cities in Tuscany and  in day outings by boat to the sea.
