The agriturismo
La Tenutais an extensive property covering about 450 hectares within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park in the south-east of the island of Elba. The entire property is surrounded by the sea and 12 km of coastline, a succession of beaches, bays and coves carved into the cliff. The agriturismo offers guests the use of 5 tennis courts, a beach volleyball court and two swimming pools. The resort also includes a sophisticated restaurant and a children’s club.
The accommodation
This property is home to the Ripalte farm, established in 2002, when the owners decided to take advantage of the vine-growing potential of the land: fifteen hectares of new vineyards now occupy the best positions on the estate.
Il Poggio alle Querce is a new building, designed in conjunction with the construction of the cellar by the famous architect Tobia Scarpa. It is a building consisting of 10 two-room apartments equipped with every comfort, with an impressive panoramic view over the greenery of the vineyards in contrast with the shades of blue of the sea. The apartments are located on the ground floor and have their own outdoor area and barbecue. They consist of a double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom.
The range of accommodation available is very diverse: in the middle of the property stands the old manor house, today a small hotel, surrounded by the old farms, now renovated and used to accommodate 50 comfortable apartments of various sizes, suitable for families with children.
The range is completed by about twenty villas and cottages scattered here and there within the property, hidden in the pine forest with the blue sea as their backdrop.
