The agriturismo
In one of the loveliest areas of the Livorno coastline, the agriturismo is situated on the Costa degli Etruschi, near the beaches and pine forests of Vada, and not very far from the renowned Wine Road.
The guest apartments are fitted with everything necessary for a pleasant stay: spacious, comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen, heat and TV. Bicycle rentals are available upon request for rides through the Maremma countryside.
The history of the 22-hectare farm dates back to the 1800s. The farm was purchased in 1925 by the family of the current owners, who constructed new irrigation systems and buildings, and for the entire twentieth century the farm played an important role in the local agricultural sector.
The accommodation
The 8 independent apartments, in addition to their comfortable interiors also have reserved covered parking spots and an outdoor garden area. The double beds can also be separated into twin beds.
More in detail, the Primula apartment on the second floor has two double beds, one bedroom with two twin beds and a private outdoor area. The Geranio and Tulipano apartments have two floors each: on the ground floor they have a garden and living area, and on the second floor a double bedroom and room with two twin beds. The Papavero and La Rosa apartments are on the ground floor, with a double bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. The Giglio, Mimosa and Violetta apartments on the ground floor have double bedrooms.
There are many services available to guests: laundry room, outdoor showers, barbeque grill in the garden, play area for children, Wi-Fi in the apartments and common areas, facilitated disabled access, terrace, furnished garden.
