It has two independent houses (Casa Taverna and Casa Querceto) each with its own garden and swimming pool exclusively for your family.

The accommodation

Thanks to its location is an exceptional starting point for excursions in the Park of the Apuan Alps, Orecchiella Park and 50 km from the sea. The apartments have free Wi-Fi, exposed wooden beams, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with toiletries. There is also a garden with tables, chairs and barbecue equipment on site, perfect for enjoying your meals in the warmer months. La Capannella is 40 km from Lucca and offers free parking.

Many sports activities that can be practiced near the farm : fishing, hunting, horseback riding and tennis,trekking and many places of great interest to visit.

Some of the main places of interest are: Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, the thermal center of Bagni di Lucca, the village of Barga, the Aquarium of Livorno, the adventure park Selva del Buffardello, the Grotta del Vento, the ghost town of Vagli, and much more.

Hi, my name is andrea and I am 56 years old.
Here I am with my wife, ornella
I have been managing La Capannella since 2000
I personally am responsible for i take care of the crops, i rear the animals.+
It was a desire to to live in nature which led me to run an agriturismo.
Our guests especially like the chance to stay in a natural setting.
