The cost of final cleaning is mandatory:
-for large apartments (Casa di Marietto, Casa di Lorenzo and Casa di Duardo): 80 euros per stay.
-for small apartments(Soffitta a Valle, Soffitta a Monte): 40 euros per stay.
We still require some simple activities: throw garbage in the appropriate outdoor bins, do not leave dirty dishes and dishes , do not leave furniture moved. Otherwise 50 euros will be added to the prices already listed!

The apartments named Soffitta a Valle and Soffitta a Monte are equipped with air conditioning, and in case of use, electricity will be calculated on consumption.
In case of using heating , gas will be paid on consumption basis.
The Tourist Tax amounts to 7.50 euros in total per person.
