Farmhouse located in the prestigious historical and artistic triangle of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. An area known worldwide for its unsurpassed cultural and artistic richness, but also for its wine and food tradition . Crops occupy 160 hectares in the Campagna Lucchese, dividing between areas of arable land, 12 hectares under vine, an olive grove and a pine forest.

An ancient settlement of monks from the nearby Abbey of S. Pietro a Pozzeveri, it now stands as a natural window on the tradition of Lucchese hospitality, a tradition here that is still alive all year round in the form and substance of things.

It is equipped with a swimming pool: a restorative bath, some sunshine with only the sound of nature around and guests can indulge in wonderful relaxation.

The farmhouse is enveloped in an enchanted green atmosphere of welcome, simplicity and tradition.
It is the great trees that do the honors: the magnolias, pines, firs, oaks, laurels, cypresses, pomegranates and the tall sequoias, centuries-old witnesses to a history of nature and tranquility.

The Badia, with its Guelph tower dominating the estate as far as the eye can see, welcomes guests to its ancient heart, smelling of terracotta and wood.
On the side of the Casa del Fattore, surrounded by lawns, is the swimming pool.

Located in the immediate vicinity of the pool and park, they have an entrance hall, living room with sofa beds, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Outdoor space available with own table, chairs and umbrella. Barbecue available.
THREE-ROOM EXTRA LARGE - sleeps 6 sofa beds, 120 sq. m.
On the second floor of Casa del Fattore, offer a large living room with sofa bed option, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Space available outdoors with own table, chairs and umbrella. Barbecue available.

Retrieved from the ancient cellar of the Badia, the tavern is a charming environment suitable for receiving those groups of people who want to taste the culinary specialties of the Lucchesia, expertly prepared by our family and accompanied by the D. O. C. Wines produced here.O.C. wines produced here. The tavern offers total accessibility to the handicapped, and has air conditioning and free WI-FI.

The tavern and adjacent kitchen are intended for various food and wine activities, all organized by the family, all strictly based on local products and traditional Lucchesi recipes:

The Cellar preserves, with ancient and modern care, the young flagship of the Estate, the white and red wine of the Montecarlo DOC Disciplinary, son of the long rows of vines that guide the guest from afar.

The farm is located, geographically, in an enviable strategic position: in fact, it is an excellent base for excursions of various kinds.
In a few minutes you can reach cities such as Florence, Lucca and Pisa, which are extraordinary "treasure chests" of art.

Also within a short drive you can reach the ski slopes ofAbetone and Val di Luce or the Lima stream for canoe lovers; those who prefer the sea can reach the Versilia coast.

The Orecchiella Natural Park (mountainous) and the coastal park of S.Rossore offer scenic itineraries of rare beauty; among these, Lake Massaciuccoli should not be forgotten, also famous for inspiring the immortal melodies
of Giacomo Puccini, which are performed in this marvelous setting every year in the summer.
The spas of Montecatini, Bagni di Lucca and S.Giuliano offer the opportunity to take care of one's well-being.
