The agriturismo
Located in the quiet countryside of Pomerance, the farmhouse is the result of the restoration of an ancient ruin, now a comfortable and independent villa with private pool and garden for the exclusive use of guests.
The farmhouse takes its name from the access road: an avenue of about 800 m, with century-old trees and plants typical of Valdicecina, where it is pleasant to walk, go jogging, cycling and observe or hear the verses of the local fauna.
The farm produces IGP extra virgin olive oil, white and black wine with Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet and Trebbiano grapes and offers tastings and direct sale (also seasonal fruit). There are also chicken and pigeon farms.
The accommodation
Tuscan Villa immersed in the Green, with a private pool for guests, large enclosed garden, room, indoor and outdoor bathroom with direct access to the pool, large kitchen-living room with basic amenities tv, dvd, oven, microwave, kettle , all the kitchen is complete with all utensils. The portico with Tuscan style living room, large terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. Point washing machine with washing machine. Indoor and outdoor coverage with wi fi. It is part of the organic farm Spay Loredana where you can buy local products such as olive oil and wine produced on the farm. The peculiarity of the farm is how exclusive rental of the whole villa with various services for one family from 2 to 4 people.
