You booked through Agriturismo.it and in your voucher, you can check, the final cleaning is charged as is the consumption of air conditioning. It was kept on day and night continuously for 14 days even with doors and windows open and for whole days even when you were going away to visit some city. None of you told us that it was working poorly, we could have intervened very gladly. After all (working on the adjacent veranda) we heard from the noise of the air conditioner machine from outside, and we certainly could not go into the house to ask whether it was working or not. In fact, you did not say anything, perhaps because you thought we did not notice, in fact the remote control for turning it on and the instruction booklet were never requested.
The house is beautiful and appreciated by all you can read the comments, the pool water is wonderful with a salt sterilization system, the most appreciated thing by our guests. The furniture is not plastic but there is only a table and outdoor garden chairs. If they were not to your liking in the olive grove there were iron tables and chairs available. As for changing the linens, we did not have time to ask you because on Saturdays we have check out in the morning and check in in the early afternoon so we are in a hurry to clean the apartments for the new guests and in the afternoon we ask the remaining guests if they need to change the linens.
