The accommodation
Small farm near the town of Castello di Querceto, Montecatini, in the province of Pisa. Accommodation is in rooms, offer breakfast and dinner service on request. The place is also ideal for many courses (yoga, painting, sculpture, massage and photography) and all those courses related to the wellbeing. Our little farm is organic: we have olive trees, vines and a small vegetable garden, from where we pick up the products used in the kitchen.
Our cuisine, also vegetarian and vegan, includes traditional dishes based on game.
In Spring we like to cook the flowers especially roses.
The position is central: the coast and Volterra are 25km away.
For those who would like to come on full moon nights, it is possible to enjoy the midnight tea beneath the oaks (all year long) and for those who are going to stay in the farmhouse in July and August it can be arranged a sleep on the same trees.
