The Apartments

The apartments are located in an old farmhouse that has been renovated in harmony with tradition, preserving the original charm of the country estate: the typical beamed ceilings, the traditional terracotta floors, the furnishings.

The ground floor apartment has a private outdoor area with table and chairs in front of the entrance, while the one on the first floor has a private furnished terrace.

Two bedrooms apartment

The two bedrooms apartment consists of an entrance into the living area where there is a sofa, kitchenette, table and chairs, appliances, dishes and utensils.
 

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, equipped with wardrobe, sheets, towels and bathroom with window and shower.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a private outdoor area furnished with table and chairs.

Sleeps:

• 4+2 (sofa bed)
• extra bed (with supplement)
• cot 0-3 years old (with supplement)

Three bedrooms apartment

The three bedrooms apartment consists of an entrance on the ground floor in the living area where there are sofa, kitchenette, table and chairs, appliances, dishes and utensils.

In the sleeping area, there are three double bedrooms, equipped with wardrobe, sheets, towels and a bathroom with window and shower.

The three bedrooms apartment Superior consists to an open living area with a sofa, a kitchenette with oven and dishwasher, a table with chairs, dishes and utensils.

In the sleeping area there are three double bedrooms with wardrobes, sheets, towels and three windowed bathrooms with a shower.

The apartments located on the ground floor have a private outdoor area with a table and chairs in front of the entrance, while those on the first floor provide you with a private furnished terrace.

Set in the harmony of the surrounding nature, our salt water swimming pool is ready to give you refreshment with its unforgettable view of the hills of Volterra.
Our swimming pool, surrounded by a delicate lawn that dominates the entire valley, measures 10×15 m2 and has a gradual depth that makes it ideal even for children.

THE HORSE STABLES
Explore our land in its most authentic form

Our riding school, located just 8 minutes away by car, allows you to discover the secrets of the fascinating world of horse riding.
Explore the wonders of our land on horseback by choosing from the many excursions on routes that cross the nature and landscapes that only the authentic heart of Tuscany can offer. As a beginner, you can live the experience of horse riding in our arena with night lighting, through the private lessons of the most experienced instructors. Even children, from 4 years old, can live their dream riding on the saddle of our sweet ponies. For the safety of your family, children under 14 are not allowed to ride outside the arena.

Every dish prepared by the skilful hands of our chefs is intertwined with the true history of our land, through ingredients from our organic production and the surrounding countryside. Let yourself be surprised by the smell of crispy bread baked in our wood-fired oven and freshly baked pizza.
