The apartments of various sizes in two farmhouses dating back to 1740, restored with a conservative intervention of the original structures, offer the possibility to spend holidays in complete serenity and freedom for the whole family, with the comfort of swimming pool, tennis court, mountain bikes, relaxation areas .
In the heart of the wine estate, on the border of a state nature reserve , with a unique and privileged panoramic view of the coast, guests are in complete contact with nature and the traditions of the area.
The accommodation
Hospitality is the naturalvocation of these places, which offer, in an almost magical combination, all the elements one seeks in a holiday: hills but also the sea, relaxation but also activities and sports, wild nature but also comfort and services.
Tenuta Pakravan Papi has decided to take up this vocation, restoring the two old farmhouses to new life, recalling their history but giving them the comfort of modern life, to share with guests the benefit of the tranquillity of a place where wild nature still coexists in balance with human presence.
The two 1740 farmhouses have been restored respecting the original architecture. Each of them offers hospitality in 5 apartments of various sizes finely furnished, from 3 to 6 beds, with air conditioning, wi-fi, bed and bath linen and pool towels provided. The change of linen is free once a week and the end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The goal of the owners: attention to detail, both inside and outside the apartments, to make guests feel welcomed with the utmost care, seeking the right balance between refinement and simplicity.
For adults and children, the house will offer a sense of well-being and freedom that few other places are able to give.
The pool is in a reserved and sunny position, but with a view as far as the eye can see of the coast and the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago. Near the pool, a large relaxation area and self-service café are available. The barbecue area, with table tennis and play area for children allow you to enjoy moments of conviviality in the open air. For lovers of physical activity, always at free use, the tennis court, mountain-bikes , nature trails in the nature reserve.
In addition, every week guests can enjoy a guided tour of the winery, with a visit to the cellar and tasting of the wines, which now boast numerous prestigious national and international awards.
From January to June and from mid-September to December, it is possible to book the entire structure for private and corporate events.
