Via Rosselmini 10, 56011 Calci (Pisa)
The estate Rosselmini is a charming farmhouse with a historical atmosphere. The central villa of the 18th century is an absolute highlight. The villa is surrounded by twenty hectares of land on which wheat, olives and grapes are grown. The estate is located in the town Calci, between Pisa, Lucca and the Tuscan coast. With the city of Pisa at short distance, it is possible to travel by train to Lucca, Pistoia, Florence and possibly even Siena.
The apartments we let are situated in old houses carefully restructured in Tuscan stile. These houses were all built in the 18th and 19th century. In total we rent nine apartments, divided in three buildings; the main villa and two independent farmhouses (Stemma and Pascolo).
The gardens, swimming pool with solarium and the fields surrounding the villa offer a lot of space where children can play. There is a soccer pitch as well. The pool measures 13 by 6 meters. In the garden of the villa there is a barbecue. Big plus of this location; the small town centre of Calci is easily reached on foot.
The villa lies just outside the small town of Calci. The town center can be easily reached by foot, guests use a path (no cars) within the estate. Calci has a number of restaurants, bars, supermarket, tennis court and atm. The town is located in a green, flat valley and is bordered on the north by a mountain.
