The agriturismo

Villa Rosselmini is a magnificent 18th century villa located in Calci, in the northwest of Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by twenty hectares of land on which wheat, olives and grapes are grown. It has a wide court garden in front of the villa which is ideally for groups to gather and celebrate or have diner. With the city of Pisa at short distance, it is possible to travel by train to Lucca, Pistoia, Florence and possibly even Siena.

The accommodation

The farmhouse provides different types of apartments. All accommodations have been carefully restored in Tuscan style. A total of 9 apartments are available, divided into three buildings: the main villa and two independent farmhouses (Stemma and Pascolo). The entire estate can accommodate up to 45 people in 21 bedrooms.

The apartments all have access to the large garden and swimming pool and have fully equipped kitchens with stove, refrigerator with freezer, and oven or microwave. The larger ones also have dishwashers.

Casa Remo: one-room apartment on the ground floor, consisting of double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Casa Caminetto: two-room apartment on the ground floor, has rustic furnishings and consists of living room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Casa Azzurro: consists of living room with sofa bed for children, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Casa Alcova: just 50 meters from the pool, the spacious apartment has a living room, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, bathroom with shower, bathroom with bathtub and dishwasher.

Casa Pascolo: independent structure divided into two apartments 300 meters from the main building. Casa Pascolo 1 is on the ground floor and consists of living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. Casa Pascolo 2 is on the second floor and has its own equipped outdoor space; it consists of living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower

Casa Maria: equipped with a private garden with terrace, it offers a lot of privacy and consists of 3 bedrooms on the second floor, while on the ground floor a large living room with fireplace and a separate kitchen.

House Stemma 1: on the ground floor, it has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a living room and a separate kitchen. Guests have access to a large outdoor area.

Hair dryers and fans are provided upon request.

Shared barbecue and laundry facilities and a large courtyard garden in front of the villa complete the offerings, ideal for groups gathering to celebrate or dine.

Behind the courtyard garden is a swimming pool (13 x 6m) with solarium. In the same area children can enjoy a large playground.

Activities and surrounding

The villa lies just outside the small town of Calci. The town center can be easily reached by foot, guests use a path (no cars) within the estate. Calci has a number of restaurants, bars, supermarket, tennis court and atm. The town is located in a green, flat valley and is bordered on the north by a mountain.
