The agriturismo
Originally a farmstead, Villa il Gufo has been stylishly created retaining many original features, including high wooden ceilings and open fireplaces.
The 16 metre private pool offers an amazing view all over the valley.
The accommodation
Villa with private pool. It is also divisible into four comfortable apartments with private garden, with rustic furnishings and interiors to convey all the atmosphere and the warmth of the past. Each apartment has its own independent entrance, stone-built open fireplace, cosy lounge for relaxing and fully-equipped brick kitchen.
Entire Villa description
(220 m2: Sleeps 12 - 18) Large dining/sitting room with kitchen fireplace and veranda: that is the room where normally large group have meals all together. This room was originally the farmhouse hayloft, which is above the former stable.
The whole Villa is divided into four accommdtions with private entrances with a total of 4 living rooms with open stone fireplace and 2 sofabeds; 4 double bedrooms; 2 twin bedrooms; 4 bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet, basin, hair dryer. Stone walls, high wooden ceilings with exposed beams; the kitchens are with electric oven, four hob stove, refrigerator, freezer, basin, kettle, toaster. Adjustable heating. Verandah with wooden roof and terracotta tiled floor (25m2). All Villa is sourrounded by private garden with outdoor furniture, sunbeds and fence.
The 16 metre pool, has sun all day and a view all over the valley. Open from May to September, it is 100 metres away from the accommodation in order to ensure the peace and quiet around the villa itself. The pool is private only for the group who rents the whole Farmhouse.
