The accommodation
The farmhouse is located in Pescia (PT), in a "castel" of the Pesciatina Switzerland, or in a portion of the Tuscan territory which represents in the regional landscape an example of a culture and a natural environment formed over time and passed down to the our days with recognizable peculiarities. In a great panoramic position, dominating the entire valley, the owners live and directly manage the farm and welcome guests. The building, partially built in the 1960s, was completely renovated in 2006, making it hospitable and family-friendly. Immersed in nature and suitable for those who love rural tourism, ideal for visiting art cities because it is strategically located between Lucca, Florence and Siena. The pool area is located in a sub-elevated area compared to the house allowing a sight to see throughout the Tuscan countryside. It is a very sunny and open area so as to absorb the maximum sunlight and make the water comfortably lukewarm. The solarium surrounding the tub is paved with non-slip tiles and is surrounded by turf so as to create a perfect symbiosis with the place. The room around is furnished with simple elegance, reflecting the simplicity of the set: sun loungers and sun loungers surround the bath tub and umbrellas offer sheltered spaces even during the hottest hours. Three farm holiday apartments were obtained from the farm's rural building. These apartments can be rented individually or doubles being communicated to each other. The three apartments with separate entrances are distinguished by the name of the color that determined their decor, simple, rustic but very welcoming. Each apartment is independent and can accommodate from two to six people with the possibility to get two additional beds. The ground floor apartments (Rosa and Celeste) can be interconnected and accommodate up to five people. They consist of a double bedroom, a kitchen-dining room and a bathroom. In the living room there is a kitchenette with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, TV. The first floor apartment, accessed by external stairs and a small private loggia, consists of a large hall, kitchen, hallway, two bathrooms and three bedrooms with double bed plus a terrace and a second entrance . Externally the apartment has a garden equipped with table and chairs under a pergola. There is a laundry room with its equipment in addition to the various apartments.
