Podere Raffanna Ecologic House is the first farmhouse in Italy to be completely ecological. Thanks to the wooden structure with low environmental impact, photovoltaic and solar panels for the production of electricity and hot water, provides every comfort to its guests without neglecting the most innovative aspect of modern hospitality: each room has an independent entrance, satellite TV and private bathroom, has underfloor heating (certified hypoallergenic), or air, together with the insulation of wood fiber and sheep wool. All beds are also equipped with memory foam mattresses and pillows.

The structure offers a panoramic infinity pool with salt water, large outdoor spaces equipped with relaxation areas with table and chairs and 2 wellness areas.

Safe welcoming

- The cleaners are equipped with personal protective equipment (disposable gloves, mask, cap and shoes suitable to be sanitized) as needed

- The manager and the staff are adequately informed and trained with respect to behavior and measures to be taken in case a person present within the farm presents fever and symptoms of respiratory infection

- One or more stations with hand sanitizing gel are available to guests

- The lodgings, with the relative keys, are sanitized and cleaned before welcoming a new guest

Podere Raffanna Ecologic House is an oasis of peace surrounded by olive trees and offers: an outdoor swimming pool with salt water overflow and panoramic view reserved only for guests of the structure (open all year round but not heated), large outdoor spaces with relaxation areas with table and chairs where you can enjoy the tranquility and peace that reigns in the structure and 2 wellness areas accessible for a fee and completely EXCLUSIVE USE.

The farmhouse has only 4 rooms: a penthouse apartment with mezzanine, a SUITE with SPA INDOOR AND PRIVATE, a KING ROOM WITH SAUNA INDOOR AND PRIVATE, a SUPERIOR ROOM WITH PANORAMIC VIEW AND PRIVATE SPACE IN THE GARDEN.

The property does not have a restaurant but collaborates with external restaurants: a restaurant that delivers dinner directly to the property and a farm that is only 15 minutes away by car where you can enjoy a tasty experience based on typical Tuscan dishes.

In addition, our guests have access to a small common room equipped with a small table, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine and various other amenities where they can have breakfast.

Podere Raffanna Ecologic House offers 2 wellness areas:

A) SUITE WITH INDOOR PRIVATE SPA that has Infrared Sauna, Finnish Biosauna, Whirlpool tub with Airpool, Chromotherapy shower and tea area. ALL COMPLETELY FOR PRIVATE USE, the cost is € 25.00 per person per day and can be used only if you book the SUITE.

B) PANORAMIC PRIVATE SPA: which has an infrared sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi with Airpool and waterfall, chromotherapy shower and tea room. Bookable for 3 hours a day (10-13; 15-18; 21-24) and combinable with the King room, Superior room or Loft, COMPLETELY PRIVATE USE, the cost varies from € 40.00 to € 45.00 per person.
