I will respond to you in points. Our goal is certainly not to go to the clash with tourists, who, fortunately, are not all the same. Indeed, in the review you omitted that you let your dog walk in front of my home and private property, despite the 2 hectares of garden and parking present and available. The dog then did his business just a couple of meters from my front door and she did not even pick it up!

"The tourist is always right": this is almost always true when respect is mutual and rudeness absent. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
I would like to point out that dogs can and should freely roam in the 2 hectares of garden available to them, obviously controlled and under supervision of the owner. Needs should always be picked up out of politeness and out of respect for other guests and, above all, for children who then walk and play in the same area. His dog stayed in the apartment (partly even ruining the furniture) out of a necessity for you, as he stayed there for your convenience during your daily excursions.
If the basis lacks respect for other people's property, you cannot demand it in return.
