The agriturismo
Our farm offers an estate of 85 hectares including woods, olive groves, meadows and vineyards, extends over a series of small series of high grounds of wooded hills and from which branch out in a gentle succession of colors the Crete Senesi leading to Siena and the Val d'Orcia. In our countryside you can admire a very varied fauna typical of our areas, the evening before dusk you can see the roe deer graze the grass on the side in front of the vineyard, hear the distinct call of the woodpecker from the red head among the trees of the forest, observe the grey heron or the moorhen fluttering between the blades of grass and water lilies of the pond, wake up in the morning listen to the turtledoves and cicadas, you might see the buzzard twirl through the clouds.
The accommodation
Half an hour's drive from Siena, on the Sienese hills, where nature and history meet every hour of the day is San Bernardino del Lago. The estate of over 90 hectares, consisting of woods, vineyards, olive groves, sunflower fields and a unique and rare natural lake is a place of exclusive beauty, in a natural setting unmatched. A few km from the most beautiful historical cities of Tuscany, Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, Cortona, Montalcino. Only 7 km from the spa of Rapolano. There is a lake with the possibility of fishing no kill: carp, pike, tench, perch royal.
