The farm can accommodate up to 16 people in a bed and breakfast or self-catering apartment arrangement.
The spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, and the availability of both indoor and outdoor communal spaces make it possible to host family gatherings, events, and small groups. Breakfast and dinner are available upon request; please contact us for a personalized quote.

The farm operates seasonally from Easter to All Saints' Day. From July 20th to August 24th, reservations are only accepted for weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.
The accommodation
APARTMENTS IN SELF CATERING FORMULA: * THE TOWER, apartment with 4 double bedrooms with bathroom; the PINK and BLUE rooms on the first floor, GREEN and YELLOW on the second floor. The apartment of about 280 square meters occupies the left side of the villa and has 3 floors. Ground floor:entrance, kitchen (sink, 4 fires, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, table for 8 people), living room of about 70 square meters, toilet. From the entrance of the ground floor a staircase descends to the fenced garden that houses the swimming pool for the use of all the guests of the village. Maximum capacity: 8 adults and 3 children up to 12 years and 1 baby up to 3 years in added beds. The apartment can be expanded with the adjacent Apartment La Scala, connected by an internal door. *APARTMENT LA SCALA* The apartment of about 100 square meters is located on the first floor of the right side of the villa with an entrance independent of the external staircase overlooking the square. It consists of a large living room of about 50 square meters that houses the kitchen-dining area (sink, 4 fires, oven, dishwasher, 2 small refrigerators) and the living area with fireplace. A hallway leads to the two bedrooms: a double and a large 2-bed one, and the bathroom with double sink and shower. Maximum capacity: 4 adults and 2 children up to 12 years in added beds. The apartment can be expanded with the adjacent Apartment La Torre, connected by an internal door. *APARTMENT LA CORTE* The apartment of about 100 square meters is located in the most rural part of the Borgo, on the ground and first floors with independent access through a stone staircase from inside the courtyard. It consists of a full summer kitchen, table and chairs for outdoor dining, a bright veranda /single room and bathroom with shower on the ground floor, living-dining with kitchenette (sink, 4 fires, small refrigerator, oven), hallway, double bedroom, 2-bed room and bathroom with shower on the first floor. Maximum capacity: 4 adults and 2 children up to 12 years in bed added.
Activities and surrounding
The large garden, surrounded by a stone wall, with lawn equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds and shaded areas, houses the swimming pool available to all guests. On request, in the large professional kitchen, cooking lessons and dinners are organized.
Trekking routes, bicycle excursions, tastings at wine, oil or cheese production centres, days at the spa, visits to places of artistic and cultural interest can be organised.
Optimal position to visit Siena and the entire province: from Val d'Elsa (Volterra, San Gimignano) to Chianti, from Crete Senesi to Val d'Orcia (Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano).
