Just a few minutes from the center of Colle Val d'Elsa is this oasis of peace surrounded by nature, where you can relax and take a dip in the swimming pool, surrounded by greenery, watch your children play in the shade of the plants and enjoy a nice dinner outdoors.
The accommodation
Possibility to order an "Italian breakfast" (fresh croissant from the oven, fruit juice, moka coffee, hot and cold milk or cappuccino), a Tuscan dish with 0 km products (ham, Tuscan salami, finocchiona, Tuscan Pecorino cheese with its jams , tomato bruschetta, bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil of our production, Tuscan crouton, pickles, Tuscan bread), Cantuccini and Vinsanto.
For groups of at least 15 adults: possibility also of lunch and dinner with fixed menu, pizza party, barbecues, brunch etc.
For groups of at least 20 adults: possibility of full buffet breakfast (coffee, milk, tea, fruit juices, homemade cake, eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, fruit, bread, butter, jam and honey).
Both facilities offer different kinds of accommodations. Derived from an ancient rural structure,
each apartment has different characteristics and peculiarities. This allows meeting different types
of requests. The apartments have a private outdoor space with table, chairs and sunshade.
Each kitchen is fully equipped and some accommodations are also suitable for disabled people.
All equipped with kitchen/living room, the apartments are as follows: the one-bedroom flats
have a bedroom and a bathroom. The two-bedroom flats have two bedrooms
and a bathroom and one of them has two bathrooms. The three-bedroom flats have three bedrooms
and two bathrooms.
Inside the main structure, it is located VILLA AIA.
It guarantees more privacy and tranquility to the guests. Villa Aia has living room/kitchen,
another large living room with fireplace and panoramic view, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom
and three bathrooms. It also benefits with a large private outdoor space with table, chairs, beach chairs
and sunshade.
Both Nerbona that La Casina have common areas that guests can use. In Nerbona the common area
is a play area for kids with ping-pong table and foosball. They also have available two external barbecue grills.
The common area of La Casina is composed of a charming stone shed equipped with seating stone
sink with hot water for washing dishes. Here there is also a barbecue available for guests.

The farm is located just minutes from Colle Val d'Elsa, one of the most important
centers of Val d'Elsa, with the architectural beauties of Colle Alta and the crystal industry.
"Colle" got the name of Città del Bio (brand promoted by AIAB -
Italian Association for Organic Agriculture) for the support and development
of important projects for the environment, organic farming and sustainability.
