Just 3 kilometers from the medieval town of San Gimignano, surrounded by its vineyards and olive groves, the Fattoria di Pancole farmhouse enjoys a panoramic location, 300 meters above sea level, with stunning views of the countryside.
The accommodation
In response to COVID-19 our facility has taken extra safety and hygiene measures to make your stay as peaceful and safe as possible trying to limit prohibitions and resrictions as much as possible except for those rules that are compulsorily imposed on us : we will all take the utmost care of the environment for your and our safety.
The hamlet of Fattoria di Pancole, which has been completely renovated, has 8 apartments with independent heating, satellite TV, "old Tuscan" style kitchen, double and single bedroom, bathroom with shower or bathtub, private garden with chairs and umbrella. In each of them the old terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings have been preserved. The laundry room is shared.
The deluxe apartment can be defined as an extra luxury apartment: 98.00 square meters spread between ground floor (living room, kitchen and dining area) and second floor (living room, double bedroom with bathroom inside, twin/double bedroom and private bathroom). The apartment is completely renovated with beamed ceilings and nicely furnished. The second floor is equipped with inverter air conditioners (hot / cold), independent heating. The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher.
In the facility there is a washing machine for common use.
Outside large patio with table and chairs and private space in our gardens with table, chairs and umbrella. The view: over the valleys and vineyards as far as the eye can see!
The farm also has a swimming pool with solarium and offers the opportunity to taste, in the dining area, the wines produced by the farm, accompanied by typical Tuscan products. Long walks can be taken on the estate.
Activities and surrounding
Jogging trails unfold on the estate, through vineyards, olive groves, cultivated fields and woods. Picnics can be taken at the refreshment area, with prior notification to the reception desk.
The wine cellar can be visited, and at harvest times, one can follow the grape picking process. Also noteworthy are the two very old cellars dug out of the tufa rock on the property, which were once used for storing wine due to the low temperature of the places.
Within walking distance of the farmhouse is anancient church dating back to the 17th century, while Certaldo, Volterra, Siena and Florence can be quickly reached by car.

What a hospitality and a location! Had first booked 3 nights in 4 pers apartment. Delicious rested and super hospitable received and maintained. The rest is really magical.

I have been managing Fattoria di Pancole since 1997 with my family.
As well as we cook for the guests, we welcome the guests, we are responsible for communication.
It was a desire to to keep the family business alive which led me to run an agriturismo.
Our guests especially like the chance to stay in a natural setting.
