The agriturismo
You will be a guest of the Vittori family, who for 40 years have been passionately producing the precious Brunello di Montalcino in the Mulino Sant'Antimo family winery, just 2 km from the mill. Our days in the generous vineyards are commanded by nature that reigns supreme and changes colors and scents with the changing of the seasons. Carlo, Susanna, Giulia, Valeria and some curious cats will open your doors and accompany you in your stay.
The accommodation
A very special villa! You will stay in a mill of 1200 rebuilt and adapted with the intent to create a house with all modern comforts, inserted in the respect of the structure: you will find the original stone walls with ancient inscriptions, antique furniture in the interior, the stream that once fed the wooden paddles and the ancient medieval bridge in the garden. Inside the villa (290 sqm), on two floors with a turret, a beautiful kitchen (equipped with oven and refrigerator, dryer and dishwasher), 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms and two living rooms with fireplace. In the beautiful garden, patio with table and chairs and barbecue. You will relive the spaces and the magic of a historic house, protected by the imposing Abbey of Sant'Antimo, an important Romanesque church of the twelfth century, just 500 meters from the Mill and overlooking us from above. The structure is immersed in a wooded area of about 4 hectares that can be reached by a dirt road, away from noise, traffic and curious glances. Access is by dirt road passable with normal cars (pay attention).
